The "boost on day 1 and day 15" rule
Don't sprinkle free boosts randomly. Use them on:
- Day 1: the intro reel — sets the algorithm's expectations for your account.
- Day 15: the launch reel — needs early velocity to break through.
Other posts grow on natural engagement.
How to actually stick to it
- Batch-shoot all reels for the week on Sunday.
- Use a scheduler (Meta Business Suite is free).
- Reply to every comment in the first hour after posting — biggest algorithm signal.
- Review insights every Friday and double down on what worked.
